Q: How long does it take for me to receive my withdrawal?
A: You will receive your withdrawal within 3-5 working days. Typically, it takes us 1 working days to process your payment followed by another 2-4 working days for your bank to receive it.
Q: How will my withdrawal be processed (to which card/method)?
Typically, your withdrawal will be sent to the bank details which you have added to the ‘my details’ section of your account.
