If I close my game or if it is interrupted halfway through, do I lose my credits?
Our system is designed in such a way that you retain your credits at all times. Your credits are stored in your players account. You can thus simply close a game if you would not like to continue playing.
If something goes wrong and the game is suddenly closed while you have already bought cards, you don't lose these either. The game simply continues with your cards and pays any possible winnings to you.
If you suspect that you have lost credits, you can contact our helpdesk directly. The staff here have access to all games and can determine what happened to your credits
Are there limits to how much I can play?
In principle, you can play as much as you like. However, when we notice abnormal playing behaviour, we will warn the player about this.
If we suspect that someone is possibly misusing our game to launder money, to obtain money from stolen phones or false telephone numbers, or is displaying abnormal behaviour, we reserve the right to suspend payout until our fraud department has completed an investigation.
